Avalon is awarded 'Highly Commended'
Avalon by Loomah is thrilled to announce we have been named ‘Highly Commended’ for the ‘Best Emerging Brand Award’ in the Great British Brands 2026 Awards. As a small team who have worked tirelessly to bring Avalon by Loomah to life, being recognized as a highly commended emerging brand, amongst talented competition, is a huge achievement for us all.
Commitment to British Craft
Utilizing our 35 years of expertise within the bespoke rug industry, we created ‘Avalon by Loomah’ as the sister brand of ‘Loomah Bespoke Carpets and Rugs’. Avalon was born from the need for faster lead times on bespoke products, whilst most importantly championing British design and craftsmanship. We proudly launched the brand in October 2025.
We are delighted that our vision for beautiful, bespoke, made in Britain rugs, resonated with the judges and can’t wait to see what this holds for the brand moving forward.
Great British Brands
Great British Brands is Country and Townhouse's annual celebration of the 'vision, ingenuity and unmistakable character that define British luxury today'.
We are extremely proud to have received an award in this particular edition, with the 2026 title theme 'New Frontiers' exploring homegrown brands that are pushing into new territories - an idea that firmly resonates with Avalon by Loomah and the entire Loomah brand.
