Yes, in addition to our core collections, we offer fully custom design services, including original designs, custom sizing and bespoke colour development for residential and boutique commercial projects.
What is your standard lead time for trade orders?

Our standard production lead time is six weeks from final design and colour approval. 100% bespoke designs may have a longer lead time. Because all rugs are made to order in Britain, we are able to provide clear and reliable scheduling guidance to support and meet your project timelines.
Can we customise the size of an existing Avalon design?

Absolutely. All designs can be scaled and resized to suit your layout requirements. We produce rugs up to 4 metres wide and can create runners, large-format statement pieces and alternative proportions to suit furniture plans and architectural constraints.

Trade clients have access to our sample library, which can be loaned to support presentations and scheme development.
The Avalon by Loomah box is available on loan or to permanently support your library, enabling simple specifying and straightforward design meetings.

Our hand tufted rugs are made using premium worsted wool, offering durability alongside refined finish. We can advise on pile height, density and construction to ensure suitability for higher traffic residential spaces or boutique hospitality environments upon request.

Yes. Beyond adapting existing collections, we offer a fully bespoke design service. This includes developing entirely original rugs and carpets in collaboration with interior designers, ensuring each rug is unique to the project.
After conversation with you regarding your individual project, we are able to suggest a variety of options we'd recommend for the best outcome.
